Policies for Public Courses

The policies outlined below apply to all of our public courses. Our policies for on-site or third-party site training differ slightly and are available on a different page.

Class Size

We limit each course to twelve participants.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change. Prices are guaranteed once a course is paid in full.

Payment

A place in the class is not reserved until payment is received. This is particularly important to keep in mind, because we limit class size to assure quality.

Refunds

A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least two weeks in advance. A 100% credit will be given for future courses if a cancellation is made less than two weeks in advance.

Substitutions

You may substitute participants without penalty. We appreciate notification ahead of time, so we can best accommodate those who will be attending.

Course Cancellation

Although rare, it is possible that a public course will have to be canceled. In such circumstances a full refund will be provided, and we will work with you to reschedule.
